• Store Information: Your Shopify store domain, access tokens provided by Shopify for API access, and subscription/billing details.
• Product Data: Product titles, descriptions, and images that you select for video or mockup generation. This data is used solely for content creation and is not stored permanently beyond the generation process.
• Generated Content: Videos and mockup images created by the app, stored on our servers so you can download them.
• Usage Data: Credit balances, generation history, and app preferences/settings.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect any customer personal data (names, emails, addresses, payment info) from your store.
• We do not access your store's order or customer data.
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies beyond what Shopify provides.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-powered videos and product mockups based on your selected products.
• To manage your subscription, billing, and credit balance.
• To provide customer support and improve our services.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to power our AI features:

• OpenAI: For script generation and mockup image creation. Product titles and descriptions are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Kling AI: For video generation and lip-sync processing. Product images are sent to Kling AI's API. See Kling AI's Privacy Policy.

These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only send the minimum data necessary for content generation.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Railway (cloud infrastructure).
• Generated videos and mockups are stored on encrypted volumes.
• All data transmission occurs over HTTPS.
• Access tokens are stored securely and never exposed to the client.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

• Your generated content (videos, mockups) is retained as long as your app is installed.
• When you uninstall the app, we receive a webhook from Shopify and delete all associated data within 48 hours.
• You can delete individual videos and mockups at any time from within the app.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we store about your shop.
• Request deletion of your data by uninstalling the app or contacting us.
• Export your generated content (videos and mockups) at any time via the download feature.

8. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

VidsyAI complies with GDPR and CCPA requirements. Since we do not collect personal customer data, most data subject requests are not applicable. For shop-level data requests, contact us at the email below.
